Not a lot to say other than that getting a new watch battery took me less than 5 minutes from the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out having paid. The woman working here was very friendly and knowledgable.

I had my watch bracelet resized here super fast. Cost was $6 which isn't too bad considering it's a one time deal. There's a lots of cool watches and clocks here. I'd definitely return for any of my watch needs.

When I got my engagement ring it was an entire size and a half too large. I took it to Al for resizing and he did a beautiful job. About 6 months later, a topaz fell out of one of the settings! Since Al gave us a reasonable price and did such a great job, we went back to him for help. He once again assisted us in a timely manner and for a fair price. Thanks Al!

Excellent place to get any watch or jewelry fixed repaired up and ready for the next occasion. Very quick turn around time. You may need to get the OEM parts but he'll handle the labor at an extremely fair price. It's also a place where you can fingerprinted and background checked! Who would have known?!

I reviewed on Yelp months ago. ( I thought my review was posted but guess it wasn't) If you want great customer service and an experienced guy, come here. He fixed both my necklaces for a great price and not to mention how FAST he was. Professional & speedy at the best price. I'll always come back here if I need my jewelry fixed.

Al is as kind as he is a genius at repairing precious vintage watches. I brought my beloved Granddad's vintage Omega for servicing and repair. It was well loved by my Granddad (who just recently passed away) who wore the watch for over 50 years, so it had its fair share of wear and tear. Within a week, Al completely restored the watch to its original integrity. His watch expertise is second-to-none, but perhaps what's most striking about Al is his generous spirit and the tremendous pride he takes in restoring beloved time pieces.

Highly recommend this place. I had my wife's wedding ring repaired. One of the prongs on her ring was bent and the diamond had fallen out. I decided to go to Al after reviewing all of his positive feedback. He was very nice and did a great job fixing and cleaning the ring. Best part, he only charged $40. He made me feel very comfortable handing over the ring and diamond, and he fixed it in front of me in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I came in to have my watch sized smaller. I am extremely happy to have found this place! Richard was able to size my watch in less than 10 minutes. He was very careful and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Excellent and honest customer service, excellent quality service, great find!

Came here yesterday to get an engraving done and we're really happy we went with Time Palace !This place is mostly a clock repair /watch service, however, they do engraving as well. They charge per job. The shop keeper was very friendly and courteous! Excellent customer service. He helped us choose the font for which we wanted the straight razor to be engraved on. Overall, we are very happy with the final outcome!

GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICECame in only for a battery change on my watch, during my lunch hour. The lady who helped me was very kind as was the jeweler/owner. They seem like they are trying really hard to build a good reputation and I appreciate and admire their effort. I will happily refer business to them. Great job!I have talked to a three other friends who have gone to this place and every one of them sing praises about the service.

When do you ever see five stars with 411 (on Yelp) reviews. I've never seen that!Well after doing business with them I know why. I took 3 watches to him. In just a little over 10 minutes he had replaced the batterys in all three of them. But he took the little extra steps like cleaning the inside of the glass before he put it back together. Didn't realize it but my watches look sharper, after having the glass cleaned. I also found out he uses Swiss batteries. $15 for Batteries is a reasonable price anywhere you go. But it's cool that he uses the best batteries available. And he does the little extra things like cleaning, without charging more.Now if we can just get this level of customer service at car washes locally here in town...

Went here due to reviews and was not disappointed. Al? Was with a customer doing engraving for their watch, only got a look at the finished piece from the customer but it was well done. I only came in for a watch band adjustment, he got that done in no more than 2 minutes for a extremely reasonable price. The outside doesn't or didn't say time place not that i remembered. The inside is a whole different place, very neat.
